We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery date.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, so we can discuss a return. You can use our contact form or send an e-mail to email@example.com stating your order number and the nature of the problem. Packages sent back without a prior e-mail will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. Make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
It can take up to a few weeks for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on your location and which shipping service you use. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.
As soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition, we’ll send you an e-mail and apply your refund to your original payment method. After the receipt of this e-mail please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with. We will credit your refund to the same card or payment methodology you used when you placed your order.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return your item to us for a full refund as described above and then place a new order.
